Veterans Medical Evidence Technology LLC
Transforming Complex Medical Records into Clear, Validated Clinical Evidence

About Veterans Medical Evidence Technology
Veterans Medical Evidence Technology LLC was founded by a disabled Veteran, Registered Nurse, Legal Nurse Consultant, and former Department of Veterans Affairs floor nurse. Born from firsthand experience serving Veterans within the VA healthcare system, VMET addresses a critical challenge: how critical medical information becomes buried across thousands of pages and decades of fragmented records. Our mission is to help qualified professionals navigate complex, high-volume medical histories with clarity and confidence.
VMET is developing a secure, human-in-the-loop clinical evidence platform designed to extract candidate clinical information from unstructured medical records, build source-linked longitudinal medical timelines, and identify missing information, inconsistencies, and clinically relevant patterns. Our platform requires qualified human validation before information is finalized, preserving provenance and an auditable evidence trail. We are committed to supporting healthcare organizations, federal agencies, researchers, attorneys, VA-accredited claims professionals, and other qualified medical-record reviewers—while never replacing qualified professional judgment.
Our Platform Capabilities
